Becoming is a life advisory, and the category is new enough that the people who join now will decide how it is practiced. We are a small team, and each of us answers for part of a member’s experience from the first conversation onward.

Members pay for the advisory and no one else pays us anything, so every decision here starts with what is right for the member.

Each of us owns an outcome and answers for it, and has the freedom to decide how it gets done.

Discretion
Members tell us what they tell almost no one, and we never discuss who they are or what they have shared.

Care for detail
We care how a page is written, how a room is set and how a call is followed up, because our members notice all three.
We work from several cities and travel often to be in the room with members, so most roles are flexible on location.

Diagnostic Coordinator
You will run every member’s Diagnostic from the first call to the readout, so that each report reaches the member’s advisor on time and to standard.

You will be accountable for each of your members for a year, knowing their findings and their circumstances, and bringing in the right expert before they have to ask.

Joining the vanguard
The vanguard is the group of experts we assemble around our members. We add to it by invitation and by application, a few people at a time.

One field, at depth
We look for a specialist with a record in one field, whether that is sleep science, performance psychology or osteopathy.

One plan, one team
You work to a single plan alongside the member’s advisor and the other experts, and you see findings from beyond your own field.

Your fee is yours
We take nothing from the experts we bring to our members. Members pay Becoming for the advisory, and you are paid for your time.
How we hire
Three steps, and an answer either way.

Send the form below with a link to your profile or CV and a few lines on what you would want to own here.

Talk
A person reads every application and replies within ten days, whatever the answer. If there is a fit, the first step is a call with the person you would work with most closely.
- 03
Work on a real problem
Finalists spend half a day with us on a problem taken from the role, and we give our decision within five days of it.
